LAPCO · BUSINESS MADE SMARTER
Terms of Service
Effective date: 18 October 2026 · Last updated: 18 October 2026
These Terms govern use of LAPCO at lapco.in, operated by Digital Savvy. Review them with the Privacy Policy and the plan details presented for your purchase. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service and authorised users
LAPCO provides company workspaces and optional business tools such as CRM, invoicing, HR/attendance, payroll records, tasks and reports. Availability depends on the approved subscription, enabled services and user permissions. You must have authority to create/manage the company and to submit its information. The service is intended for authorised adult users.
2. Accounts, Google sign-in and passkeys
Provide accurate company/contact details and keep access secure. New vendors may verify their email with Google and then complete company setup. Connecting an existing account may require one-time password confirmation. Employees use the email assigned by their employer. Google identity alone does not grant an administrator role, employer permissions or a paid subscription. Register a passkey after signing in if you want device-based authentication. Do not share credentials or impersonate another user.
3. Trials, subscriptions and employee credits
One mobile number is eligible for one company trial. Extra companies require separate paid subscriptions. Paid plans use the annual/multi-year terms and prices shown in the relevant request; payment is manually reviewed before activation. A pending request or a payment screenshot alone is not approval.
Employee access is measured in invitation credits per employee-service permission: one employee assigned four services uses four credits. First-purchase free credits, paid capacity, add-on rates, applicable taxes and plan expiry follow the approved quote. Add-ons are priced for the remaining eligible period and retain the current expiry; a service already subscribed should be added to through the applicable add-on/renewal process rather than purchased twice.
Check all service benefits, dependencies, quantities, totals and billing details before submitting. Trial-generated documents may contain LAPCO marketing/watermark branding. Subscription invoices are issued using LAPCO's configured supplier details; a vendor's own customer invoices use that vendor's company details.
4. Payments, renewals, changes and refunds
Use the payment instructions shown for your request and provide a genuine unique reference. Access can expire if renewal is not approved in time. Renewal reminders depend on available notification channels; the company owner remains responsible for checking expiry.
Ask support about cancellation, corrections, duplicate payments or refund requests. Eligibility and timing depend on the purchase terms disclosed for your order, the service already supplied and applicable requirements. These Terms do not create an undisclosed automatic-refund promise or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not send card passwords, UPI PINs or banking OTPs to LAPCO.
5. Company records and employer responsibilities
You retain your rights in the records you submit and authorise processing needed to deliver the service, permitted support and requested backups. Your company must have a lawful basis and appropriate permissions for customer/employee information, camera/location evidence and identity documents. Explain your collection practices to affected people and limit employee access appropriately. Do not upload material that is unlawful, infringing, malicious or unrelated to authorised business use.
Hiring, resignation and termination approvals are workflow records. They do not replace employment advice, required notices, employee entitlements or management duties. Payroll/incentive calculations depend on configuration and approved input. Invoices, tax amounts and reports must be reviewed by the business; LAPCO does not automatically file GST/statutory returns or transfer salaries.
6. Optional Drive backup and retention
Drive backup needs separate Google consent, matching account identity, provider access and available storage. Google login alone is not backup authorisation. Each company is connected separately. The server application remains the live system; Drive is an additional encrypted copy. Keep your recovery key safe and test recovery before relying on backups. Provider limits, scheduler downtime, revoked access or outages can interrupt backup and cleanup.
Attendance selfies have a 45-day deadline from original server upload. Deletion is processed on the next successful scheduled check, including app-managed Drive copies; the Privacy Policy explains limitations and other records' retention. Stopping new backups does not automatically erase existing snapshots/documents. Revoking Google access can prevent pending remote cleanup. Manually downloaded/copied files remain your responsibility.
7. Availability, changes and acceptable use
Maintenance, provider outages and changes to enabled services may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free calculations or a specific business outcome. Keep appropriate business exports and platform recovery arrangements. Do not probe other companies' data, evade limits, abuse enquiry sources, send unlawful bulk messages or disrupt the platform. We may restrict access to protect security, address misuse or enforce an expired/unapproved subscription.
8. Ending access and deletion
An employer may revoke employee permissions through the supported workflow. Leaving a company does not automatically delete its business records or grant authority to erase them. Subscription expiry does not itself delete a company. Request account/company deletion or available data export through verified support as described in the Privacy Policy. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or applicable legal requirements, which will be explained in response to the request.
9. Third parties and responsibility
Google, hosting/email providers and WhatsApp operate under their own terms. User-initiated sharing may disclose information to those services and the chosen recipient. Review recipients before sending invoices or other records. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business inputs and authorised decisions; nothing here limits responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes, questions and disputes
Contact us first with billing, privacy or service concerns so they can be investigated. Applicable law and any binding purchase agreement govern matters that these Terms do not resolve. Material updates will be communicated through available service channels where appropriate. No specific exclusive court location or undisclosed cancellation fee is imposed by this page.
